Let’s get to know each other.
We are Creativenoir, a digital studio based in Prahova, Romania. We build websites, ad campaigns and software for growing businesses, and work directly with the people behind them, from the first conversation to long after launch.
You always know who you’re talking to.
Creativenoir was founded by Andrei Cioc, a software engineer with more than 7 years of experience in web, mobile and enterprise projects. Andrei is also a BSI Developer at BearingPoint, a BSI partner, designing and developing interfaces for the BSI CRM platform, from backend to frontend, for large companies in Germany and Switzerland. Every project has a single point of contact who plans it, builds it and follows it through to the end. For video production we work with trusted collaborators, coordinated by us.

Enterprise experience, sized for your business.
We work daily with the standards of enterprise CRM projects in Germany and Switzerland and bring them to every website, app and campaign: clean code, clear steps and results that can be tracked. Mobile apps are a natural extension of our web development, and Google and Meta campaigns bring the right people to the website.
